Every workout is designed with intention. Knowing your training history, how your body responds to load, and what your life actually looks like is what makes the difference between a plan that works and one that just exists on paper.
Your workouts sync directly from your GPS watch into TrainingPeaks, where you'll receive coaching comments and reviews so every workout gets seen and informs the next step forward.
We connect twice a month via phone or Google Meet to review your training, track your progress, and dial in your nutrition so you're feeling and performing at your best. Race planning support is included as your events approach.
Between calls, you have direct access via WhatsApp — for questions, check-ins, or anything that comes up along the way.

MADE MORE is whole-athlete coaching at its most complete. Strength training is programmed deliberately alongside your running as a core part of how you develop as an athlete. A stronger, more resilient body runs better, recovers faster, and stays healthy longer.
The difference in MADE MORE is the rhythm of weekly connection plus strength programming. Consistent feedback is one of the most underrated parts of the coaching process, it means we're adjusting and refining in real time rather than waiting for small things to become bigger ones. Each weekly call covers your training, your nutrition, how you're feeling, and what's ahead. Over time, that regularity builds a depth of understanding that makes the coaching sharper and the results more consistent.
WhatsApp access keeps communication open between sessions so nothing has to wait until the next call.

Coaching decisions are driven by real outcomes and real feedback — not assumptions. As feedback comes in from workouts and communication, we make appropriate decisions, ensuring what we're doing always reflects where you actually are. Training should evolve as you do!
