Meet Kat

Kat has been running since she was 8 years old. What started as fun runs with her mom evolved into a 10-year career in track and cross country, and today she competes as a professional ultra trail runner racing distances from 50k to 200+ miles and mountain speed records along the way.

That depth of experience as an athlete shapes everything about the way she coaches. Kat knows firsthand what it takes to perform at a high level while navigating the full weight of real life — and she knows that nutrition, recovery, stress, and training don't exist in isolation. They're all part of the same system, and they all matter.

With over 7 years of coaching experience and more than 200 athletes guided across a range of disciplines, Kat's approach is rooted in one core belief: the best coaching starts with truly knowing the person in front of you. Her work is individual, relational, and built around the whole athlete — because sustainable performance and genuine growth come from being seen, supported, and coached with intention.

Kat is committed to well-informed coaching integrate into real life. The science informs the plan, but the person shapes it. Marrying what works physiologically with reality is where good coaching becomes great coaching.
